The only personal information this website asks for is what you type into the quote request form:

- Your phone number
- An optional description of your project
We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or any other sensitive information through this site. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to put in that message.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, and prepare a quote. We do not use the information you submit for any unrelated purpose, and we do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.
We will only send you marketing messages if you have asked us to. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.
Who it is shared with
Your information is available to the people at Sentrix Smart Systems who need it to answer your enquiry, and to the service providers we use to operate our business — for example, our email provider and the service that delivers this website's form submissions. Those providers may only use it to perform that service for us.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not set cookies and does not run advertising or analytics trackers.
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google receives your IP address and standard request information, which is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
How long it is kept
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for as long as we are required to keep business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.
